The Role:
The Base Interviewers help onboard new members and curate the Base members. This is a part-time role that can go to full-time as needed. You must have incredible EQ and the ability to communicate well. This role is key to the success of the Base community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor membership trends and improve outcomes for all types of members.
- Help Base maintain our great recored on diversity in all aspects.
- Coordinate with other Base Interviewers to improve the onboarding process to Base.
- Develop new interviewing techniques to help better match members.
- Regularly engage with members to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success department to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Foster relationships with members & potential members to enhance the club's reputation and presence.
- Be the frontline and ‘first contact’ of Base.

- Analytic mind that looks for ways to find small improvements in all actions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
