The Role:

The Base Interviewers help onboard new members and curate the Base members. This is a part-time role that can go to full-time as needed. You must have incredible EQ and the ability to communicate well. This role is key to the success of the Base community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor membership trends and improve outcomes for all types of members.
• Help Base maintain our great recored on diversity in all aspects.
• Coordinate with other Base Interviewers to improve the onboarding process to Base.
• Develop new interviewing techniques to help better match members.
• Regularly engage with members to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success department to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Foster relationships with members & potential members to enhance the club's reputation and presence.
• Be the frontline and ‘first contact’ of Base.
