The Role:
The Membership Committee Director is in charge of managing the current operations around how members are interviewed, onboarded, and vetted. This role also leads our efforts to maintain our values and guidelines amongst the members. The Membership Committee Director has a huge impact on the quality of the Base community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor membership trends and improve outcomes for all types of members.
- Help Base maintain our great recored on diversity in all aspects.
- Coordinate with Base Interviewers to improve the onboarding process to Base.
- Lead the membership committee which responsible membership decisions.
- Develop new interviewing techniques to help better match members.
- Implement financial strategies to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Regularly engage with members to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
- Provide strong leadership to recruit, build, and establish a local team.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success department to attract new members and retain existing ones.
